Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Executive to manage and strengthen the customer portfolio, building long-term relationships and driving business growth within the Convenience segment. Key Highlights: 1. Manage and strengthen the customer portfolio with a focus on commercial development. 2. Implement customer loyalty initiatives and acquire new customers in the region. 3. We are looking for a Customer Executive in Neuquén! ·  Work Mode: Hybrid ·  Requirement: Must reside in Neuquén and have personal mobility · Are you passionate about customer service and commercial development? Join our team to manage and strengthen the Convenience segment portfolio in Neuquén, ensuring long-term relationships and business growth. ·  What will you do? Serve active customers in your portfolio, responding to their requests and ensuring compliance with commercial agreements. Commercially develop new customers. Implement customer loyalty initiatives and generate opportunities to acquire new logos in the region. Conduct visits, meetings, and contacts to strengthen customer relationships. Quote services and refer opportunities to other units. Record all activities in the CRM and keep contact data up to date. Monitor collections and take action in case of deviations to ensure profitability. ·  What we seek Experience in B2B sales and customer service. Negotiation skills, business analysis capabilities, and goal-oriented work approach. Proficiency in Excel. Personal mobility (mandatory). Education in Administration, Sales or Marketing (preferred).
