Position Summary: We are seeking a Content Creator and Community Manager to lead the external communication strategy, advertising copywriting, and creation of relevant content, while managing campaigns and KPIs. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the external communication strategy of a real estate development company. 2. Create relevant content and develop digital communication initiatives. 3. Measure and optimize paid media campaigns to support strategic decision-making. At In.Corporate, we are currently searching for a Content Creator and Community Manager to join the team of a major development project led by a real estate development company based in Córdoba Capital. Your main responsibilities will include: - Researching content trends and potential strategies. - Performing advertising copywriting. - Developing graphic-digital communication initiatives to promote the company. - Generating reports and drafts to support strategic decision-making. - Creating and designing the company’s overall external communication strategy. - Managing KPIs to produce reports for senior management. - Designing, executing, measuring, and optimizing paid media campaigns. Tools 2.0. - Creating user-relevant content and copywriting. Requirements: - Graduates in Marketing or Communications. - Minimum 5 years of experience in brand development roles. - Availability for a full-time, in-office schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00.
