Job Summary:
A prominent company in Jujuy is seeking a Junior Accountant for payroll processing, application of collective agreements, and management of labor obligations.

A prominent company in Jujuy seeks to incorporate a Junior Accountant into its team.
· Responsibilities:
Carry out the monthly payroll processing for company personnel.
Correctly apply the collective bargaining agreement corresponding to the retail or commerce sector.
Calculate social charges, employee contributions, and employer contributions.
Manage final settlements, vacations, thirteenth salary (aguinaldo), and overtime hours.
Monitor personnel updates (absences, leaves, overtime, disciplinary actions, etc.) provided by the personnel updates coordinator.
Verify correct registration of personnel updates in the payroll system.
Prepare payroll reports for Management.
Generate and control payroll receipts.
Manage filings and obligations related to labor and social security agencies.
Keep regulatory information updated regarding collective bargaining agreements and labor legislation.
· Requirements:
Certified Public Accountant.
Additional training in payroll processing and labor legislation will be valued.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in payroll processing.
Experience applying collective labor agreements (preferably commerce or retail).
Interpretation and application of collective bargaining agreements.
Proficiency in payroll systems or ERP systems.
Advanced Excel skills.
Knowledge of filings with agencies such as AFIP and systems related to social security.-Requirements- Minimum education level: University degree
