On this occasion, we are looking for Construction Helpers for an important project in Córdoba Capital. Job Mission Provide support in general construction tasks, actively collaborating with the team to ensure timely and proper progress of work. Key Responsibilities Perform soil handling (intensive shoveling). Prepare concrete. Assist in basic structural assembly. Maintain order and cleanliness at the construction site. Load and unload tools and materials. Support tasks on foundation and substructure works. Key Competencies Commitment and responsibility (essential). Positive attitude toward physical labor. Teamwork. Punctuality and attendance. Job Conditions Base location: Alto Alberdi, Córdoba. Work schedule: Monday to Friday. Start time: 7:45 am (departure to site at 8:00 am). End time: 4:30 pm / 5:00 pm. Transportation to the site provided by the company. Projects primarily located in Córdoba Capital. No weekend or holiday work (except under exceptional circumstances). Economic Conditions Weekly payment. Attendance bonus. Important: The attendance bonus is forfeited in case of unjustified absences.
