Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Site Manager to lead the comprehensive execution of road construction projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, quality, safety, and current regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the comprehensive execution of road construction projects. 2. Planning, coordination, and control of construction work. 3. Management of resources, equipment, and materials. We are looking for a Construction Site Manager to lead the comprehensive execution of road construction projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, quality, safety, and current regulations. Mandatory Requirements: Civil Engineer or Construction Engineer. Minimum 5 years of experience in road construction projects. Experience in earthworks, rigid and/or flexible pavements, drainage systems, and ancillary works. Prior experience working on projects for public agencies. Team leadership and subcontractor coordination. Proficiency in MS Project (or similar), Excel, and AutoCAD. Valid driver’s license. Full-time availability and residence in General La Madrid or nearby areas. Main Responsibilities: Planning, coordination, and control of construction work. Management of resources, equipment, and materials. Physical and financial progress tracking, certifications, and quantity take-offs. Compliance with technical specifications, safety, and hygiene standards. Coordination with inspectors, clients, and suppliers. Preparation of progress reports.
