Position Summary: We are seeking a Civil/Construction Engineer with experience in road and railway infrastructure to plan, coordinate, and oversee the comprehensive execution of construction projects. National leader in the Engineering & Construction segment We are targeting Civil/Construction Engineers with proven experience in road and/or railway infrastructure projects. Your main responsibilities will include planning, coordinating, and directing the overall execution of the project; managing technical and operational teams; coordinating with inspection bodies, clients, railway companies, and public agencies; supervising reinforced concrete structures, earthworks, drainage systems, and traffic diversions; monitoring certifications, physical progress, and financial progress; ensuring compliance with Safety, Health, and Environmental regulations. The role requires specific experience in reinforced concrete structures, deep excavations, retaining systems, utility interferences, construction under live traffic, and coordination within dense urban environments. Additionally, knowledge of construction methods for underpasses, ability to read structural drawings, familiarity with road and railway regulations, and proficiency in MS Project, advanced Excel, and AutoCAD (desirable) are required. Leadership, results orientation, planning/control capabilities, and excellent interpersonal skills are highly valued competencies. Full-time on-site dedication is required, with flexible working hours aligned with project progress.
