Plan, design, and supervise infrastructure and construction projects, ensuring compliance with technical standards, deadlines, and assigned budgets. --- Main Responsibilities: · - Plan and supervise structural work, focusing on mechanical and metallic structures. - Analyze, review, and execute projects, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and quality and safety standards. - Coordinate and lead on-site or workshop teams, organizing tasks and ensuring adherence to deadlines. - Manage communication and negotiations with suppliers: material procurement, delivery tracking, and input quality control. - Evaluate budgets, compare quotations, and ensure materials meet technical requirements. - Interpret drawings, technical documentation, and construction specifications. - Resolve technical issues and foster a collaborative, results-oriented work environment. --- Position Objective: · You will play a key role in ensuring infrastructure projects are executed according to the highest technical standards, while safeguarding efficiency, safety, and resource optimization, leading teams and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders. --- Requirements · Mandatory: - Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory). - Proven experience in mechanical and metallic structures. - Strong ability to interpret drawings, technical documentation, and applicable regulations. - Experience leading work teams on site or in workshops. - Skills in project planning, organization, and monitoring. - Effective communication and negotiation skills with suppliers. - Results-oriented mindset, problem-solving ability, and commitment to occupational safety.
