What will your challenge be? • Installation Leadership: You will oversee on-site installations at customer locations, always accompanied by specialized assistants. • Final Quality Assurance: In the factory, 95% of assembly is completed; your mission is that final 5%—fine-tuning, positioning, and veneering—that makes the difference. • Management and Proactivity: Preparing orders at the factory and coordinating daily logistics according to the schedule. • Customer Interaction: Representing the company on-site, addressing questions, and ensuring excellent service. What are we looking for? • Trade expertise and experience: Solid knowledge of custom furniture manufacturing and assembly. • Natural leadership: Ability to supervise personnel and make on-site decisions. • Commercial profile: Representing the company during site visits, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Valid Driver’s License: Category B1 (Mandatory). • Location: Willingness to depart from our base in Florencio Varela.
