Identify improvements in electrical systems and propose solutions ADN Human Resources is searching for a Building Maintenance Technician for a major service company located in Bariloche, Río Negro. Requirements: Education: Electromechanical / Mechanical / Electronic Technician (preferred) Experience in building maintenance required Knowledge of industrial and domestic refrigeration systems (cooling towers, split units, central systems, fan coil units, chillers) required Knowledge of welding (MIG / TIG / electrode, among others) required Knowledge of medium- and low-voltage electricity (electrical panel wiring, conduit installation, and handling) required Knowledge of electrical blueprint interpretation, use of hand and power tools, and measurement instruments required Knowledge of plumbing, masonry, and painting required Responsibilities: Ensure full building functionality of the facilities Inspect and test electrical systems to guarantee their proper operation Maintain records of performed maintenance activities Identify improvement opportunities in the electrical systems of equipment under repair and propose solutions or upgrades to enhance efficiency, safety, and performance Ensure facilities comply with safety and accessibility standards Work Schedule: Rotating 8-hour shifts with 6 rotating days off per month Shifts vary between 7–15, 8–16, 9–17, 12–20, and 13–21 hours.
