Position Summary: We are seeking a Branch Manager to lead the comprehensive management of a supermarket, ensuring operations, inventory, product display, and team development. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on customer satisfaction and management results Consultores de Empresas is searching for a Branch Manager for an important supermarket chain. Main Functions and Responsibilities: Opening and closing of the assigned branch Handling of cash and valuables Inventory and merchandise management (stock control, receiving, ordering, expiration date monitoring, display, and organization) Placing merchandise orders based on sales history to avoid shelf stockouts Ensuring proper product display (availability, guidelines, validity, suitability) and pricing Ensuring implementation of security measures (asset, HR, and customer safety) Guaranteeing correct branch operations in accordance with procedures, standards, and regulations Staff scheduling (shifts, breaks, workday planning) and reporting personnel updates to the Human Resources Administration Department Comprehensive branch management based on KPIs: sales, profitability, stockouts, shrinkage, customer satisfaction, and human capital management Handling customer, supplier, and external personnel complaints and suggestions Communicating operational updates and management results to the team and related departments Promoting a healthy work environment and team development Performing other duties related to the position Requirements: Education: Completed secondary education (mandatory).
