Job Summary: We are seeking Automation and Process Improvement Engineers to analyze and optimize production processes, lead industrial automation projects, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Develop and implement industrial automation projects (PLC, robotics, vision systems, digitalization). Optimize cycle times and improve indicators such as OA%, Efficiency. Reduce downtime and operational losses. Participate in and lead continuous improvement activities (Kaizen). Conduct technical evaluations of investments (CAPEX) with ROI analysis. Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering departments. Standardize automated processes and document improvements. Train personnel on newly implemented technologies. · WHAT DO WE VALUE IN YOUR PROFILE? · Graduate in Mechatronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields (Mandatory) Minimum 3 years of experience in the industrial sector performing automation and continuous improvement tasks (Mandatory) Strong knowledge of PLCs (Siemens, Omron, Allen Bradley or others). (Desirable) Proficiency in SCADA or HMI systems.
