Job Summary: We are seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant for administrative/accounting and rental management at a real estate agency. Key Highlights: 1. Your role will be key to the administrative/accounting organization of the real estate agency, as well as performing efficient rental management. Your duties and responsibilities will include: Monitoring of the real estate agency’s costs and cash flow Comprehensive rental management: Rent collection; Monitoring of delivered properties; Tenant support and resolution of emergencies related to rented properties; Review of guarantors, tenant solvency and tenant profiles; Tracking of tenants’ tax arrears; Owner settlements. Handling procedures with other agencies. Payment of utilities and management of related formalities. Cash register opening and closing. Monitoring of consumables and graphic materials inventory. Real estate agency invoicing. Working hours: 24 hours per week (Part Time) Collective Bargaining Agreement: Commerce Requirements You reside in General Roca (Mandatory) More than 1 year of experience in administrative roles, preferably in real estate agencies, accounting firms or SMEs (Mandatory) You are an advanced student or recent graduate in Administration, Accounting, Management or related fields. You possess solid knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel (Mandatory). Solid knowledge of Google tools (Drive and Calendar).
