A well-established construction company with extensive experience in the development and execution of architectural projects is hiring a Site Manager to lead construction projects in CABA. We seek a candidate with solid experience managing construction sites, strong organizational and team leadership skills, and a focus on meeting deadlines, ensuring quality, and controlling costs. Main Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate the workforce involved in the execution of the project. Plan, organize, and supervise the completion of each project phase. Monitor the construction schedule and control work progress. Prepare progress certification documents. Supervise the technical execution of on-site work. Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers. Monitor the budget and control costs. Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Requirements: Architect or Civil Engineer, preferably licensed. Minimum 5 years’ experience in site management roles. Experience in horizontal property projects. Experience in excavation and concrete pouring stages. Proficiency in AutoCAD for reading drawings. Advanced Excel skills. Ability to lead work teams and coordinate multiple tasks. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. Conditions: Workplace: CABA, Balvanera. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Approximate team size under supervision: 15 people. Direct employment relationship with the company.
