Job Summary: This role involves planning, organizing, directing, and controlling cooperative activities, collaborating in objective setting and managing their achievement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and supervise cooperative activities at the branch 2. Collaborate in setting strategic objectives 3. Manage goal achievement and conduct management control • Plan, organize, direct, and control all cooperative activities within the branch’s scope. • Collaborate with Coordinators in setting UENs’ objectives. • Reach consensus on the annual sales plan with the Inputs Coordinator, Cereal Marketing Coordinator, Fuels Coordinator, Insurance Coordinator, and General Manager. • Prepare the branch budget and action plan. • Manage the achievement of established objectives. • Conduct periodic management control. • Comply with and ensure compliance with the Cooperative’s commercial and financial policies. • Ensure compliance with applicable legal and tax regulations. • Ensure proper use of work equipment and materials. -Requirements- Minimum Education: University degree 5 years of experience Driver’s License: A1 Willingness to travel: Yes Keywords: agronomist, agronomo, resident, supervisor, assistant manager, responsible person, coordinator, manager, captain, branch, sucursal
