Supervision of operations and identification of operational improvements Agronomist Engineer - Farm Supervisor, Uco Valley - Permanent We are recruiting for an important agro-industrial company. Work Location: Uco Valley, Mendoza (with biweekly trips to San Juan) Working Hours: Full time Employment Mode: On-site Contract Type: Permanent Offered: Joining a growing agro-industrial company, with participation in farm productive management and agricultural project development. The main responsibilities of this position will be: Supervise productive operations on walnut farms. Monitor irrigation, nutrition, and phytosanitary plans for the crop. Ensure proper application of agrochemicals and fertilizers. Supervise the use of agricultural machinery and coordinate its maintenance. Collect production data and prepare technical reports. Identify production deviations and propose operational improvements. Participate in the development and implementation of an agricultural project in San Juan. Conduct periodic farm supervision in San Juan and coordinate local staff.
