Job Summary: A prominent SME in the Oil & Gas sector is seeking a Junior/Semi-Senior IT professional to support a digital transformation project and provide internal system and user support. A prominent SME in the Oil & Gas sector is hiring a Junior/Semi-Senior IT professional to support a digital transformation project and subsequently continue providing internal support to systems and users. · Main Responsibilities: - Gather user requirements and translate them into functional specifications. - Identify/document data sources and validate data consistency and quality. - Support user acceptance testing and deployment of dashboards/reports (BI). - Provide Level 1/Level 2 user support, manage incidents, and monitor implemented systems and infrastructure. · Requirements: - 1 year of experience in IT roles (projects, software implementation, support, or process analysis). - Advanced Excel skills and ability to handle/read CSV/JSON files. - Strong communication skills and experience interacting with users/vendors. · Desirable: - Familiarity with management tools and Power BI or similar platforms. - Experience or interest in operational/industrial environments. · Conditions: - Opportunity for growth, exposure to a cross-functional project, and a role with business impact. - Occasional field visits required; the candidate will serve as the internal reference point for external IT vendors. - Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00.
