General Purpose of the Position The position aims to ensure operational efficiency, financial integrity, and sustainable development of the business unit by overseeing all tools that guarantee its proper functioning. Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in similar positions or in general store management within food service or tourism companies. We seek individuals with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, experience working in dynamic environments, and prior supervisory experience. Experience in comprehensive business management: operational control, expense management, supplier payments, CMV and labor tracking, preparation and detailed understanding of financial statements (EERR), bank reconciliations or account monitoring, ARCA onboarding and offboarding. Responsibilities: Lead the monthly inventory process for the location, variable closure, and preparation of financial statements (EERR). Ensure correct execution of administrative processes. · The selected candidate must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
