Position Summary: We are seeking a Sales Administrator to manage operations, account control, order tracking, and customer service, coordinating with accounting and logistics departments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of sales operations and account tracking. 2. Administrative support to customers and dealer network. 3. Administrative management of sales operations. Control and tracking of customer current accounts. Management and tracking of purchase orders. Payment and collections tracking. Issuance and control of commercial documentation: invoices, delivery notes, and credit notes. Administrative support to customers and dealer network. Coordination with accounting and logistics departments. Resolution of administrative inquiries related to the commercial area. WHAT DO WE VALUE IN YOUR PROFILE? Education in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields (preferred). Prior experience in sales administration or commercial back-office tasks. Proficiency in Excel and administrative tools. Experience managing current accounts and tracking collections. Experience working with corporate clients or commercial networks will be valued.
