Recording and tracking customer and supplier current accounts. Entering and verifying purchase and expense vouchers. Monitoring collections and coordinating with customers. Controlling payments to suppliers. Organizing and archiving documentation. Customer and supplier support and assistance. Financial / Cashier Area: Managing daily cash operations. Recording income received via various payment methods. Cash control, cash reconciliation, and cash reporting. Commercial Area: Customer support and advisory services. Preparing and monitoring budgets. Sales tracking and coordination with customers. Purchasing and Supply Management: Managing internal procurement of supplies and materials · Requirements Prior experience in administrative and accounting positions. Proficiency in Excel and Google Drive tools. Own transportation (mandatory). · Work Location: Industrial Park, Polo 52 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 hrs (with break) Work Modality: On-site Start Date: Immediate Employment Relationship: Indefinite-term employment contract.
