Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for accounting and treasury roles, with experience in the Tango system, bank reconciliation, and payment control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of the Tango system and sworn statements. 2. Treasury management, payment control, and bank certifications. 3. Account analysis and subsidiary ledger control. Work Location: 100% IN-PERSON at the Tigre Industrial Park. Tango System -Tax sworn statements -Daily bank reconciliation. -Monitoring of pending entries and reconciliations -Recording of journal entries and bank charges. -Report on debited and to-be-debited checks. -Bank balance report -Account analysis. -Tax sworn statements and corresponding accounting entries -Control of VAT Purchases and Sales subsidiary ledgers -Analysis and recording of rejected checks. Treasury Assistant: Control of issued payments, payment processing, deposits, management and control of checkbooks, administration and disbursement of petty cash, electronic checks, receipt control, and processing of bank certifications.
