What will be your challenge? Provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring the proper functioning of operational and commercial processes, with strong involvement in the development of a new company department. Main Responsibilities: Weekly sales entry into the system Inventory control Invoicing, collections, and monitoring of transfers Daily cash handling and cash counts Preparation of delivery notes Payment management (utilities, supplies, general expenses) General administration in the absence of management Coordination and planning of deliveries Customer order taking Recording of inventory movements (additions and removals of products) Preparation of purchase and sales ledgers for the accounting firm Data analysis and performance indicator tracking Requirements: Prior experience in administrative positions A degree in Business Administration or related field is desirable Proactive, organized profile with strong self-management skills Proficiency in digital tools Availability to work on holidays, given the nature of the company’s business (weekends are not worked). -Requirements- Minimum education: University graduate 3 years of experience Age: between 25 and 40 years Keywords: analyst, intendencia, administration, quartermaster, administracion, contador, pagador, contralor, accountant, facturista, tesorero, contable
