Main Responsibilities: * PC and notebook support and maintenance. * Mobile device/cell phone management and support. * Technical support for printers. * Resolution of hardware and software incidents. * Assistance and support to internal users. * Administrative tasks related to technical support. * Tracking and management of technological assets.
