We are looking for a Software Developer III to join our CFA team—Tax Data & Automation Specialist (Latam). ### **What will be the main challenges of this role?** * Analyze, map, and develop solutions for tax and fiscal data reconciliation and automation, aligned with the diverse tax regulations across Latin American countries. * Independently manage your activities and time, extracting and understanding complex requirements directly from internal and external clients, and translating them into simple, robust, and well-documented solutions. * Work with large volumes of data, designing efficient pipelines for processing, cross-referencing, and validating information from multiple sources. * Actively contribute to defining scalable solution architectures, ensuring system maintainability and performance over time. * Incorporate and project the use of Artificial Intelligence tools within existing processes. * Serve as a technical and analytical reference point within the team, collaborating on building outcome-oriented solutions aligned with the area’s OKRs. ### **What are we looking for?** * An analytical and problem-solving profile, with strong personal organization and time management skills in environments with multiple simultaneous demands. * +3 years of solid experience in **Python**, with proficiency in its major frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Pandas, PySpark, etc.).
