Delivery Hero has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 2017 and is part of the MDAX index. **Job Description** **We have an opportunity for you — we are looking for a Shift Supervisor in Berazategui** * Ensures correct store operations (picking process) during their shift, maintaining high Quality standards in alignment with Company Processes and Policies. * Coordinates the team and its tasks, allocating resources according to priorities and maximizing productivity; resolves any conflicts arising during their shift. * Ensures appropriate staffing per day and shift, maintaining constant communication with the Store Manager regarding team performance. * Monitors team performance and supports the Store Manager in executing store administrative processes (inventory management / shrinkage control / billing / people management / maintenance). * Ensures the store complies with regional and local food safety, occupational health, and environmental policies. Responsible for reporting all deviations from these policies occurring at the store. * Supports the Store Manager in monitoring in-store tasks, team professional development, and proposes improvements to increase productivity. * In the Store Manager’s absence, responsible for coordinating work shifts and determining the store’s work mode. * Controls and manages the organization of the receiving and dispatch area. Clears the space and prepares necessary equipment. * In the Store Manager’s absence, supervises the entire receiving process and assumes responsibility. Reports to their leader in case of any conflict with a supplier. * Responsible for delegating to a picker or personally performing merchandise receipt, verifying the truck, SKUs, and quantities. Checks product expiration dates and quality (product integrity, temperatures for refrigerated and frozen goods). In the Store Manager’s absence, rejects products failing to meet our established standards and procedures. * Responsible for delegating or personally performing merchandise intake, restocking shelves and cold equipment, adhering to standards of order, safety, quality, and hygiene — serving as a role model for the team. * Ensures proper training of their staff in accordance with company standards and policies (e.g., Onboarding/Offboarding processes), upholding operational excellence. * Drives initiatives to improve employee morale and motivation in the store — organizing rituals, communicating updates, and integrating PeYa culture into daily operations. \- Uses systems such as Tableau, Ops Portal, Workday, Gmail, Orquest, and Pelican for planning and executing administrative procedures. \- Analyzes business metrics to foster operational excellence and productivity in the store. * Responsible for inventory integrity and achieving established Accuracy targets. * Plans and coordinates cyclic counts together with the Store Manager. * Performs or delegates planned counts to pickers, following procedures to help maintain accurate inventory levels. **Requirements** **What do we expect from you?** * **Experience in similar roles leading work teams.** * **Proficiency in Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google applications.** * **Action-oriented mindset and problem-solving ability.** * **Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build positive relationships and foster trust.
