Knowledge and application of modern Oracle 12c/19c features (e.g., ROW LIMITING, FETCH FIRST, JSON in database, advanced partitioning). Experience in query tuning, index optimization, and execution plan analysis. Familiarity with Jira and documentation tools (Confluence, etc.).
