




We are seeking Technical Analysts with at least 3 years (Senior) of experience, a service-oriented mindset, and expertise in Level 2 support to join the user support team of a major financial company / payment platform located in Parque Patricios. **Responsibilities:** * Lead resolution of complex incidents and problems (Problem Management). * Design and improve support processes; define KPIs and operational reports. * Plan and maintain Horizon environments (Connection Servers, UAG) and integrate them with Workspace ONE/Identity Manager. * Manage golden images end-to-end: hardening, corporate applications, testing, and release cycles. * Lead the patching process (PCI/Compliance): assessment, testing, deployment, and remediation. * Integrate Intune with Azure AD and Defender for Endpoint; govern MDM/MAM and compliance. * Automate tasks using PowerShell (Intune/Endpoint/Windows/AD) and improve operational efficiency. * Serve as the technical point of contact for Security (EDR, DLP) and audits. * Mentor SSr/L1 team members; validate documentation and standards. * Participate in and lead technology implementations, migrations, and new service rollouts. **Experience / Knowledge:** * End-user and corporate device support (laptops/PCs, peripherals, mobile devices iOS/Android, VDI/Horizon). * Windows 10/11 operating systems (including legacy Windows 8 where applicable). * Tools: Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM), Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, BitLocker, VMware Horizon, Workspace ONE, App Volumes, Dynamic Environment Manager (DEM), ThinApp. * Ticket and request management via the corporate Service Desk tool. The following certifications will be valued: **1. Microsoft** MD-102: Endpoint Administrator MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals SC-900: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals **2. ITIL** ITIL 4 Foundation **3. CompTIA (Optional to strengthen technical foundation)** CompTIA A+ CompTIA Security+ **4.
