




**Description:** ---------------- **Position Mission:** Provide support during the initial stages of selection processes, ensuring agility and effectiveness in candidate pre-selection in order to optimize timeframes and facilitate more accurate decision-making. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design and post job advertisements on employment websites and professional networks according to requested profiles. * Screen resumes based on requirements defined for each search. * Conduct initial phone contact with pre-selected candidates. * Collect references. * Prepare and monitor reports. * Coordinate and schedule interviews with the selection team and/or internal clients. * Follow up with candidates and keep the database updated. * Assist with administrative tasks related to selection processes. **Requirements:** --------------- Requirements: Ongoing or completed studies in Psychology, Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related fields (not mandatory). Intermediate proficiency in computer tools and job portals. Minimum one year of previous experience in similar roles. Key Competencies: Strong interpersonal skills. Clear and courteous communication. * ️ Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Practicality and dynamism in task resolution. Results-oriented and teamwork focus.
