Job Summary: We are seeking a senior professional to lead the governance and control of a strategic system migration project from Oracle to SAP, ensuring methodological compliance and alignment. In this opportunity, we are seeking a senior professional to lead the governance and control of a strategic Oracle-to-SAP system migration project for a major agribusiness company. **Role Objective** -------------------- Act as the senior reference for the ERP transformation program, ensuring methodological compliance, deviation control, and alignment between business and the implementing consultancy. Responsible for upholding best practices, deliverable quality, and proper project progression. **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Oversee end-to-end execution of the Oracle-to-SAP migration program * Ensure correct application of methodologies (SAP Activate / PMI / Hybrid Agile) * Manage risks, scope deviations, schedule, and budget * Serve as the strategic counterpart to the implementing consultancy * Coordinate internal stakeholders (IT, Finance, Operations, Executive Management) * Prepare executive reporting and monitoring dashboards * Ensure governance, quality, and adoption of the new ERP * Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and operating model **Requirements** -------------- * +8 years’ experience leading ERP projects or programs * Demonstrable experience in SAP implementations (ideally S/4HANA) * Prior experience in migrations from Oracle or other ERPs * Solid background in project governance and risk management * Experience working under PMI / SAP Activate / Agile frameworks * Executive-level communication skills and cross-functional leadership ability * Strategic profile with strong results orientation Experience in the agribusiness sector or production-oriented companies will be valued. **Engagement Model** ------------- Candidates available for a hybrid arrangement in Martínez (1–2 days on-site per week) will be prioritized. **Application** --------------- If you are interested in participating in a strategic digital transformation project with immediate start: Please send your updated CV indicating: * Desired gross monthly salary in **AR$** (for Employment Contract mode) * Hourly rate in **AR$** (for Freelance mode)
