Ensure continuous improvement and compliance with standards **Location**: Reconquista, Santa Fe (on-site) **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and develop the quality team. * Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, and Procurement. * Transform data into strategic decisions. * Actively collaborate to elevate quality standards across the entire operation. * Manage and supervise the quality laboratory. * Ensure continuous process improvement and compliance with standards across the entire production chain. **Requirements** * Graduate in Industrial, Mechanical, or Process Engineering, or related field, with specialization in quality. * Minimum 5 years of prior experience. * Experience in the automotive parts, industrial, manufacturing, or metal-mechanical sectors. * Experience in: team leadership, plant quality, supplier management, Quality Management System, and laboratory management.
