Joining YPF means becoming part of a project that combines experience, passion, and the energy required to continue building our future! **What are we looking for?** We are seeking an Engineering professional to join the Planning and Projects Management (VP Operations), assuming a key role in field project execution and monitoring. You will join one of the pioneering and most relevant projects in unconventional development within the Neuquén Basin, with direct impact on operational efficiency and business evolution. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient project execution, performing comprehensive monitoring of the well construction cycle and surface facility works. Your role will be critical for: * Anticipating operational deviations * Coordinating corrective actions with technical teams * Ensuring schedule compliance * Contributing to reduced well construction cycle time **What do we value as differentiators?** * **Academic background:** Engineering (Petroleum, Industrial, Electrical, Chemical, Reservoirs or related fields) * **Professional experience:** Over 4 years (preferably) in similar positions. * **Computer tools:** Office, MS Project, Power BI. . * **Attitude / Skills:** Proactivity, Team leadership, Communication, Teamwork, Negotiation and conflict resolution capability. **What will be your main challenges?** * Verify progress at locations, pipelines, battery units, and OMAs, identifying deviations and promoting early corrections. * Detect interferences or critical field conditions, triggering alerts and ensuring mitigation. * Participate in coordination meetings, prioritize works, and resolve technical interferences. * Manage permit validity and operational relationships with landowners, communities, and third parties. * Conduct field visits and participate in RSPAs, ensuring safe conditions and operational continuity. * Monitor activities across stages, identifying constraints and ensuring cross-departmental alignment. * Participate in or lead quality deviation investigations, defining improvement actions. * Ensure quality and completeness of close-out documentation per standards. * Consolidate key information (progress, alerts, updates) for decision-making. * Validate field changes to execution plans, assessing their feasibility and operational impact. **Position Information** * Work location: Neuquén * Employment regime: Hybrid (3 days assigned area \- 1 day Neuquén \- 1 day home office) * Union affiliation: Outside collective bargaining agreement If you are someone who: * Works with excellence and professionalism. * Gives your best every day, values meritocracy, and always strives for the extra mile. * Embraces challenges as opportunities to innovate and learn. * Enjoys teamwork and exchanging diverse perspectives. * Approaches projects with passion and commitment. * Promotes a positive work environment, with empathy, active listening, and respect.
