Manufacturing Job ID: 76553 Los Cardales, B, AR (On\-Site) Permanent About the Role: We are looking for a Production Manager to lead and optimize our manufacturing operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational performance. This role is responsible for achieving production targets, fostering a strong safety culture, maintaining product quality and regulatory compliance, optimizing costs, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the plant. Key Responsibilities: * Promote a strong safety culture across the plant by leading by example, driving safety initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and encouraging employee engagement in health and safety practices. * Ensure agreed production plans are executed within the defined timelines, optimizing costs and guaranteeing product quality. * Manage and control key production factors (including safety and quality), ensuring the stability and efficiency of the production process. * Participate in daily production meetings (SIM 3\) and weekly production meetings (SIM 4\). * Lead, coordinate, and monitor continuous improvement initiatives across the production area. * Develop and manage the Production Master Plan, including Capex investments, KPI tracking, and operational objectives. * Implement projects focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement (including 5S, Kobetsu Kaizen, and SMED methodologies) About You: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. * 5 years of experience in a Production Manager role within a manufacturing environment. * Strong knowledge of production processes, quality systems, and continuous improvement methodologies. * Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and driving operational excellence. * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and decision\-making skills. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools, including 5S, Kaizen, and SMED. * Advanced English communication skills.
