Below is a detailed description of their responsibilities and technical skills: As an Industrial Automation PLC Programmer, you will be an integral part of the team tasked with optimizing industrial processes through automation. Your work will involve designing, programming, maintaining, and troubleshooting PLC-based control systems, as well as HMI, SCADA, variable-frequency drives, industrial networks, and other related components. Operational Tasks * Manage process improvements. * Participate in the automation design and engineering phase. * Collaborate with departments to define objectives. * Maintain smooth and consistent communication via various channels with all stakeholders involved in each project, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills. Technical Tasks * Troubleshoot PLC/HMI failures. * Work on-site interpreting schematics and tracing issues to resolve them. * Provide support for executing project electrical schematics. Programming Tasks * PLC programming for greenfield projects and technical support assignments. * Troubleshoot PLC failures. * Install and repair PLC control panels. ### **Requirements** * Experience in PLC and HMI programming. * Knowledge of SCADA (desirable). * Ability to identify and resolve issues in automation systems, including PLCs and related equipment. * Experience interpreting schematics. * Familiarity with instrumentation and sensors used in industrial environments. * Basic knowledge of Industry 4\.0 technologies, such as: Javascript, NodeRed, MQTT, OPC UA (desirable)
