We seek professionals capable of thriving in an environment of digital evolution and innovation—professionals who generate new challenges and develop business opportunities. **Your role will be:** To ensure the operation of Datacenter and Cloud services, supporting the maintenance of service availability, security, performance, and operational continuity. **Your key challenges will be:** * **Lead** the technical team. * Manage **incidents and requests** from the area within OLAs/SLAs. * Generate the corresponding **reports**. * Ensure **compliance** with operational management standards and policies. * Supervise, motivate, and organize tasks for the **Datacenter operator team** (including 24/7 shift management, if applicable). Evaluate performance and identify training needs. **What we need from you:** * Minimum 2 years of prior experience leading/supervising technical teams. * Solid knowledge of operating systems. * Knowledge of various cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google). * Familiarity with IT service management methodologies (ITIL). * Strong problem-solving skills to resolve service outages swiftly and act as the first escalation point for incidents/requests. * Quality orientation: Rigorous adherence to processes and regulations. * Ability to guide teams in high-pressure environments and in the development of new technologies and services. * Excellent communication skills. * Simplicity in your thinking and execution. * Service mindset. * Leadership. **This position is based in:** *Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires*
