Currently, we are seeking a **Monitoring Coordinator** to join our **Operations team on the afternoon shift**. ✅ **Work Arrangement:** * Location: Palermo, CABA. * Work Modality: On-site * Schedule: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM * Tuesday to Saturday (Days off: Sundays and Mondays) ✅ **Key Responsibilities:** * Tracking new hires. * Preparing various reports and evaluations of new employee onboarding. * Initiating action plans according to employee needs to achieve excellence in performance. * Collaborating closely with middle management (e.g., direct feedback, proposals, etc.). * Ongoing evaluation of **metrics and KPIs**, with focus on continuous improvement. * Proposing improvements to existing procedures. * Fostering a positive work environment among colleagues. * Identifying and developing future talent. ✅ **What We Are Looking For:** * Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in similar roles. * Leadership capability. * Advanced Excel proficiency.
