




Job Title IT Support Technician – Level 1 (MSP \| Remote – Argentina) Company Infinite IT Solutions is a Toronto\-based Managed Service Provider (MSP) delivering IT support and managed services to small and mid\-sized businesses across Canada. We are expanding our support team and are looking for IT Support Level 1 Technicians based in Argentina (preferably Buenos Aires) to work remotely with international clients. Work Schedule (Important) Initial onboarding period: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time (first months dedicated to training, onboarding, and team integration) After onboarding (preferred long\-term shift): 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM Eastern Time This corresponds approximately to 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM Argentina time for most of the year (except during summer due to daylight saving changes) Candidates must be comfortable with both schedules, especially transitioning to a night shift after the initial period. Contract Type (Important) This position is offered under an independent contractor / services agreement model. This is not an employee (payroll) position The selected candidate will provide IT support services to Infinite IT Solutions Monthly invoicing/facturation is required A formal services contract will be signed between both parties This model allows working long\-term with our company while maintaining an independent professional status. Role Overview As a Level 1 IT Support Technician, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing technical support, troubleshooting, and professional customer service in English. This role is ideal for technicians who want to build experience in an MSP environment and grow into more advanced support roles. Key Responsibilities Provide Level 1 remote technical support to end users. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic networking issues. Support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint). Assist users with Windows and macOS issues. Perform user account management (password resets, basic access). Handle tickets and document issues clearly in the ticketing system. Escalate complex issues to Level 2 when required. Communicate professionally with clients in English. Required Skills \& Qualifications English level: C1 or higher (spoken and written) – mandatory CV / Resume must be submitted in English Experience in IT Support Level 1 Good knowledge of: Windows 10 / 11 Microsoft 365 Basic networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN) Strong communication and customer service skills Willingness to follow instructions and documented procedures Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Eager to learn and technical common sense. Reliable internet connection and professional workspace. Nice to Have (Not Mandatory) Experience with MSP tools (RMM, ticketing systems). Basic Active Directory or Azure AD knowledge. macOS support experience. Interest in growing into a Level 2 role. What We Offer Full\-time remote collaboration.
