We seek professionals capable of thriving in a context of digital evolution and innovation, who generate new challenges and develop business opportunities. **Your role will be:** To operate and maintain Claro’s IP MPLS Backbone and Packet Core network elements, ensuring second-level technical support and resolution of incidents impacting mass-market and/or corporate services. **Your key challenges will be:** * **Operate** Claro’s IP MPLS Backbone and Packet Core network, ensuring its availability and committed service levels * Provide **second-level technical support** to NOC/SOC (Network Operations Center / Service Operations Center) * Perform **troubleshooting** of escalated incidents and investigate their root causes * Ensure consistency of network topological information and its integration into **monitoring and management platforms** * **Implement** network changes and interventions during maintenance windows, minimizing all risks and impact. **What we need from you:** * Advanced or completed studies in Electronic Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Telecommunications Engineering * In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP networking protocols and mobile data networks * Knowledge and experience with MPLS networks and routing protocols OSPF – BGP * CCNA or CCNP certification is desirable * Experience in development, scripting, or programming automation solutions is valuable * Strong command of English, both spoken and written * Simplicity in thinking and execution * Service-oriented mindset * Flexibility to work any shift, as the area provides 7x24 services. **This position is based in: Córdoba
