The selected candidate will be responsible for aligning technology with business goals, leading resilience programs, and ensuring the availability of our critical services. **Responsibilities** * Align technology strategy with business objectives, ensuring execution of strategic infrastructure projects while monitoring timelines, risks, and resources. * Ensure availability and continuity of critical digital and automated channels by implementing backup actions and leading the country’s resilience and robustness strategy. * Define plans, objectives, and indicators (SLAs) to improve service levels and drive compliance with development teams. * Act as a functional and technical liaison between management and systems teams, translating complex technical issues for senior leadership. * Manage and guide a team of 5 to 6 people, overseeing regularization plans and reporting metrics to the Mexico holding company. **Requirements** * Proven experience managing teams (5\+ people) and end\-to\-end project management in technology and operations. * **Mandatory** experience in banking or financial institutions. * In-depth knowledge of Servers (Linux/Unix, Wintel) and Virtualization Platforms. * Strong expertise in on\-premise and cloud topologies, Networks (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, DMZ), and Databases (Sybase, SQL). * Experience with Application Servers and Middleware (IBM WebSphere, JBoss, IBM MQ). * Proficiency in contingency planning (DRP), high\-availability systems, and strategies for distributed applications, including legacy application migrations. * Certification or strong knowledge of methodologies such as ITIL. * University degree in Engineering, Systems, Communications, or related fields.
