We are looking for a new talent to join the **Business Process Delivery** team, with the opportunity to collaborate on the **LTS – Transformation Program**. ### **Responsibilities** As a **Finance Process \& Operations Processor**, the individual will be responsible for: * Providing metrics and reports to support the Finance function. * Coordinating and supporting financial analysis and reporting activities. * Acting as a **subject matter expert**, collaborating with and managing the team to ensure effective performance. * Taking ownership of team decisions. * Interacting with multiple teams. * Contributing to key decisions. * Providing solutions to issues within the immediate team and in collaboration with other teams. * Developing and enhancing financial reporting tools to increase accuracy and efficiency. * Analyzing financial data to identify trends and support strategic decision-making. * Collaborating with cross\-functional teams to optimize financial operations and improve processes. * Supporting the implementation of new financial systems and ensuring a smooth transition. * Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities within financial processes. ### **Required Knowledge** * Advanced/bilingual level of English, both oral and written. * Expert level in Financial Processes. * Advanced level in Financial Management Reporting. * Advanced level in financial processes and systems.
