This role combines technical analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and vendor management within a dynamic, operationally high-demand environment. This is an on-site position at our offices in **CABA**. ### **What will be the responsibilities of this role?** * Ensure operational continuity for company users. * Manage technical incidents affecting Group users. * Analyze, diagnose, and resolve issues related to software, hardware, and connectivity. * Log and document incidents in management tools. * Ensure compliance with SLAs, quality standards, and defined response times. * Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and support workflows. * Collaborate with teams such as Customer Support, IT, Implementations, and Sales. * Manage inventory of equipment, mobile devices, and licenses. * Record equipment assignments, repairs, and decommissioning. * Propose tools or solutions to improve IT team efficiency. ### **What are we looking for?** * +4 years of prior experience in technical support or help desk roles. * Experience working with all three operating systems (Linux, Windows, and macOS). * Knowledge of hardware and connectivity. * Experience in remote/telephone technical support. * Strong analytical skills and problem-solving orientation. * Proactivity, autonomy, and ability to work under pressure. * Clear communication and customer orientation. * Ability to adapt to dynamic, high-demand environments. ### **Nice to have:** * Basic programming or scripting knowledge. * Familiarity with AI tools.
