Joining YPF means becoming part of a project that combines experience, passion, and the energy needed to continue building our future! **What are we looking for?** We are seeking a Cost Control Engineer to work on road projects commissioned by YPF in the province of Neuquén, ensuring cost and schedule control, monitoring, and forecasting—optimizing economic performance through early deviation detection and generation of reliable information for decision-making. **What do we value as differentiators?** * Academic background: Civil or Industrial Engineer, or related field. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in cost control and/or project controls for infrastructure projects (ideally road projects). Experience in contract monitoring, certifications, and price redeterminations. * Solid knowledge of: * + Construction budgeting + Unit price analysis (UPA) + Quantity surveying and progress certifications + Cost and schedule variance control * IT tools: Advanced Excel proficiency; familiarity with management systems (SAP, MS Project, Primavera, and/or Power BI) is desirable. * Aptitude: Ability to interpret technical and economic project documentation. Analytical profile with autonomy, organizational skills, and results orientation.
