At **Ecolab,** we are looking for an **Application Engineer** to join our **Nalco Water Heavy** team, providing wastewater treatment services to clients in the chemical and energy industries in the **Pilar** area. **Work Location**: Pilar and surroundings. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide contractual service and support to customers, assisting in problem resolution related to the Company's products / applications / solutions. * Support district sales personnel in handling service calls regarding the Company's program for existing products and services, and assist in corrective actions as needed. * Evaluate field issues on-site and operate required testing equipment to restore systems to customer compliance. * Assist in preparing reports detailing technical issues and solutions to initiate necessary product corrections and/or recommended process changes. Document value delivered to the customer whenever possible. * Provide installation resource services upon project request to meet customer needs. Services may include (among others) field surveys, installation checklists, and implementation support services. * Replace chemical dosing pumps or repair dosing lines, calibrate equipment, support chemical supply for dosing systems, perform product inventory control, and be responsible for demand management. **Requirements:** * Advanced student or graduate in Chemical Engineering. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Industry experience is desirable. * Intermediate level English. * Valid driver's license and at least two years of driving experience.
