Prepare Excel reports and track due dates. **“Administrative Assistant” Recruitment** For our client, a construction materials company, we are seeking an “Administrative Assistant” who will report to the Area Manager. **Main Responsibilities:** * Invoicing. * Management and control of current accounts. * Management and monitoring of debts and collections. * Recording of payments and receipts. * Reconciliation of balances. * Due date tracking. * Supplier payments. * Preparation of Excel reports. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. Tertiary and/or university studies in Administration, Accounting, or related fields will be valued. * Minimum two years’ prior experience in similar positions. * Advanced proficiency in Excel. * Experience using accounting / management software. **Conditions:** * Work Location: Escobar, Greater Buenos Aires North. * Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00; Saturdays, 08:00–12:00. * Work Mode: 100% on-site.
