We are looking for professionals capable of operating in a context of digital evolution and innovation, generating new challenges and developing business opportunities. **Your role will be**: Carry out installation and integration projects of GPON OLT equipment into the network, monitor the commissioning process, and perform capacity planning for the GPON access network. **Your main challenges will be:** * **Engineering Design** for GPON OLT equipment implementation: allocate network resources for integrating new equipment into the network, develop equipment configuration templates, and generate associated project documentation. * **Monitoring the GPON OLT installation process** and coordinating tasks with external vendors and Operations and Infrastructure areas for equipment commissioning. * **GPON access network capacity planning**: analyze quality reports, participate in defining KPIs, and develop network improvement projects to ensure service quality. * **Planning of GPON equipment (OLTs) and network resources**: based on commercial requirements or operational needs, develop network expansion, upgrade, or migration projects jointly with other technical areas and external vendors, including preparation of work schedules, project budgets, and monitoring of procurement and equipment/service delivery processes. **What we need from you:** * Engineer or Technician in Electronics or Systems, with basic knowledge of GPON, DWDM, and IP Router configuration and architecture. * Preferably possess technical knowledge of mass-market internet, telephony, and IPTV service configuration over GPON technology. * Knowledge of TCP/IP, MPLS, and L2 protocols such as spanning tree, 802\.1Q. * One and a half years of experience in designing installation, configuration, and commissioning projects for GPON, DWDM transmission, or IP Router equipment. * Simplicity in your way of thinking and acting. * Service orientation. **The position is based in** *CABA, Paseo Colón 505*
