Job Summary:
Siemens Energy is seeking an advanced engineering student to perform administrative and technical tasks, focusing on developing specifications and tender documents for maintenance contracts.

**Example of Your Typical Day**
Your tasks will be primarily administrative: one or two days per week in the office, occasional visits to power plants, and the remainder remote (home office), subject to agreement. On one hand, you will draft service and material tender documents, define scope of work, compile lists of consumables to request, research potential suppliers, and list them.
On the other hand, you will be responsible for preparing/reviewing technical specifications to improve the service tendering process.
You will also need to locate missing asset information (manuals / drawings / manufacturer contacts) and subsequently compile recommended critical spare parts lists for each asset.
**How You’ll Stand Out**
* Prepare technical specifications and tender documents for contracting services and/or supplying spare parts required under power generation plant maintenance contracts.
* Conduct and consolidate technical information regarding equipment, spare parts, service scopes, and operational conditions necessary to develop procurement documentation.
* Support review of technical proposals, comparative matrices, and supplier documentation, verifying compliance with requirements defined in tender documents.
* Track technical inquiries during procurement processes, coordinating clarifications with maintenance, engineering, procurement, and supplier teams.
**What You Bring**
* Advanced student in mechanical, electrical, or electronic engineering.
* At least one and a half years remaining until graduation.
* Intermediate/advanced English language proficiency.
* Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office 365 software.
**About the Team**
The team consists of a Maintenance Engineer who coordinates tasks, another intern currently performing similar duties, and the plant maintenance group, which provides support across respective areas.
