




Job Summary: We are seeking an IT technician with experience in support and incident resolution for Windows platforms, hardware, and office software, including remote and on-site assistance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Telephone, remote, and on-site helpdesk support 2. Incident resolution for Windows platforms and hardware 3. Availability for travel and support during rotating on-call shifts We are incorporating an IT technician into our company. Job Specifications: * Telephone and remote helpdesk support. \- On\-Site user support\- \- Incident resolution for Windows client platforms\- \- Incident resolution for Windows Server platforms: User management, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS\- * Hardware troubleshooting (computers, printers, terminals, PDAs) * Office software incident resolution\- * Fixed and mobile telephony support\- * Preventive and corrective maintenance. * Installation and configuration of peripherals, accessories, and network components. * Networking (domain-joining devices, IP telephony, setting up new workstations, Wi-Fi) * Required knowledge and experience: . Windows client operating systems. . Microsoft Office and Office 365\. . Virtualization and Cloud technologies . Windows Server environments. . Networking, Wi-Fi, and communications. * Intermediate/advanced English (conversational). * Availability for frequent travel as required by workload at other HMY centers in Spain or abroad. * Rotating on-call shift support, 7 days x 24 hours (paid)
