What will be your challenges with us?** We seek an engineering professional with strong orientation toward condition-based maintenance and data analytics, capable of operating in remote monitoring environments and contributing to the evolution toward a prescriptive maintenance model. The role requires combining analytical and technical diagnostic capabilities, interaction with digital tools and telemetry, and a reliability and operational optimization mindset. Collaborative work with field teams and technical departments, results orientation, and continuous improvement will be essential. The position has a direct impact on asset availability, production continuity, reduction of operational costs, and safety and environmental performance. **What will be your main responsibilities?** Monitor and analyze real-time operational variables and KPIs for equipment and facilities Manage deviations through exception-based analysis and define corrective or proactive actions Remotely diagnose equipment failures and document analyses performed Prioritize interventions and manage work orders for field execution Provide remote technical support to field operations personnel Develop and improve reports, dashboards, and tools associated with condition-based and prescriptive maintenance Analyze asset availability and reliability Participate in failure analyses (RCA) and maintenance loss management Evaluate and implement new monitoring and diagnostic technologies Manage predictive maintenance and runtime-based maintenance strategies **What do we value?** * **Academic background:** Graduates in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Industrial, or related fields). * **Professional experience:** In industrial maintenance, reliability, or operations. Knowledge of condition monitoring and failure diagnosis. * **Key technical competencies:** Data and operational KPI analysis. Reading and interpretation of process and equipment variables. Experience with remote monitoring systems / telemetry. Familiarity with digital tools (e.g., Maintenance Management Systems, BI). Solid knowledge of automation systems, PLC programming, and HMI: Proficiency in leading platforms such as Siemens (TIA Portal, Step 7\), Rockwell Automation (Studio 5000 / RSLogix), Schneider Electric. Programming and configuration of Distributed Control Systems (DCS), preferably DeltaV. Proficiency in industrial networks and communication protocols: Experience interconnecting equipment using protocols such as Modbus (RTU/TCP), Profibus, Profinet, EtherNet/IP, and emerging integration via OPC UA for communication with upper layers (IT). * **Differentiating competencies:** Experience in predictive or prescriptive maintenance environments. Development or use of dashboards and automated reporting. Participation in root cause analysis. Interaction with emerging maintenance technologies (analytics, machine learning, etc.). **Position Information** Direct reporting to: JOSE MARTIN PONS, REAL-TIME MAINTENANCE ENGINEERING MANAGER Work location: We are seeking to fill 4 positions, each located at one of the following: NEUQUÉN HEAD OFFICES, LOMA CAMPANA, RINCON DEL MANGRULLO, or LA ANGOSTURA SUR.
