Responsible for delivering studies at assigned sites and participating in local study teams. The CRA works closely with other CRAs and the Local Study Team / Local Study Manager to ensure timely and efficient achievement of study commitments. The CRA serves as the primary point of contact with the study site and is responsible for monitoring study conduct to ensure appropriate delivery.**Key Responsibilities:**
* Conducts monitoring visits (remote and on-site), as well as site initiation and close-out visits, in accordance with the Monitoring Plan, company procedures, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and local regulations.
* Trains, supports, and advises investigators and site staff on matters related to their assigned clinical studies.
* Manages investigative site performance, including data and documentation quality, recruitment commitment, and patient welfare.
* Contributes to the selection of potential investigators.
* Participates in national investigator meetings.
* Actively participates in Local Clinical Study Team meetings.
**Requirements:**
* Experience as a Monitor or CRA (Desirable)
* Willingness and ability to travel
**Education:**
* Completed university degree: Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Nutrition, Biotechnology, or other health-related disciplines.
* Clinical research monitoring course (Mandatory)
* Advanced English language proficiency
