We are seeking a highly motivated **Field Service Representative**, responsible for providing on-site technical support during the installation, commissioning, and start-up of **Solar Turbines** branded equipment. This position also includes assistance with scheduled maintenance and resolution of unscheduled failures, including emergency situations requiring immediate attention. The role offers an excellent opportunity to gain broad exposure to Solar products and the Customer Service organization within a dynamic and challenging environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * On-site technical support during installation and commissioning of Solar Turbines branded equipment. * Support during preventive and corrective maintenance activities. * Diagnosis and resolution of unscheduled equipment failures. * Direct interaction with customer representatives at their facilities. * Strict adherence to safety regulations and operational procedures. * Commitment to administrative responsibilities (field reports, expense reports, etc). **Minimum Qualifications:** * Technical or university degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace Engineering or related fields. * Availability for frequent travel, overtime work, and relocation as required. * Ability to work in extreme, adverse, and/or remote environments. * Demonstrable mechanical skills and experience. * 0 to 3 years of experience in related areas, preferably in turbomachinery, control systems (PLC), electrical, mechanical or pneumatic systems, and rotating equipment maintenance. * Preferred residence in **Neuquén** or nearby areas. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Previous experience in demanding industrial environments. * High integrity, autonomy, and ability to work under pressure. * Professional communication skills and customer orientation. * Prior experience in technical support or customer service roles. * Intermediate level of English (reading, writing, and speaking). **Important:** Attach your CV in both **English and Spanish** when applying. **Posting Dates:** October 27, 2025 \- November 14, 2025 Caterpillar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
