Our office is located in the Microcenter, and we are currently seeking a Back Office Analyst with strong orientation toward process automation and data analysis to join our team. Position: Back Office Analyst Location: Microcenter Schedule: Part-time initially, with potential transition to full-time Key Responsibilities: Management of post-payment back-office processes Automation and optimization of operational and administrative processes Development and maintenance of integrations and APIs Data analysis, modeling, and exploitation for continuous improvement Use of databases (SQL) for queries and information control Monitoring of KPIs using Excel spreadsheets and dashboards Collaboration with internal departments to implement technological improvements Operational and analytical support for banking processes Required Qualifications (Mandatory): Advanced Excel (mandatory) Proven experience in process automation using tools such as: Power Automate, Zapier / Make (Integromat), UiPath / Blue Prism Database management – SQL Building, consuming, and integrating APIs (mandatory) AI-based data modeling Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented profile Ability to work independently and collaboratively Desirable: Experience in financial or banking environments Knowledge of Power BI or other visualization tools Benefits: Birthday day off Technical training Benefits club If you seek a technical challenge with real impact on business processes, we look forward to your application!. -Requirements- Minimum education: University degree years of experience Languages: Spanish Age: between 18 and 35 years Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Keywords: analyst, office
