Job Summary: We are seeking a telephone operator for the Retention area, responsible for welcoming new members, managing contact efforts for collections and retention, and analyzing cancellation situations. Problem-solving ability and excellent communication skills **Working hours for this opportunity:** Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. (Training takes place during the first two or three weeks in the morning. The six-hour work shift is conducted in the morning initially, then transitions to the 2:00 PM–8:00 PM schedule.) Main Responsibilities Welcome new Avalian members, verifying information regarding sales quality and the accuracy of enrollment data. Conduct customer contact management via the company’s various communication channels to achieve collection, retention, and overdue account recovery objectives. Analyze member status based on retention parameters for members at risk of cancellation, to assess their intent to remain. Record all operations/contacts performed in the company’s designated systems. The ideal candidate has experience in customer-facing roles within healthcare organizations or institutions (preferably telephone-based), or experience as an operator in medical emergency centers, contact centers, or customer service departments.
